When the server went down I was in the middle of rearranging my roos to new stumps. The first 24 that I put down are fine and all accounted for. The last 24 are all gone. ( Which unfortunately included 8 of my favorites... 2 of those 8 being my first two )

As soon as I noticed the error messages coming up ( after the first three ) I immediately opened the website and started filing a ticket. But I had a moment of panic and wasn't as coherent as I could be while filling out the form.

Hi everyone my Meeroo's were released without me releaseing them they were both age 5 well fed, hug'ed and pett'ed and at 100% comfort so can anyone help I am very confused.

I have to trade my winecoats and fawn, mostly female and some with high regard.
I need aggressive/shy/friendly/mischevious females
and
aggressive/shy/mischevious/friendly/lazy males

ideally ursine red or autumn. i am happy to let multiple common coats to be trade wth one rarer one!!

I have a question for The Powers That Be: when a meeroos live or nest goes poof and we file a ticket for a replacement, why is it that the replacement can only be a live? If a nest went poof, why can we not get a nest as replacement?

Meeroos are a "breedable"- ergo, a majority of people who keep and raise them are interested in their genetics and breeding behavior. How the genes carry, what genes are dominant, how the regard point spread of individual, meeroo, and fellowship affect the carrying of traits, etc.

With the database errors this weekend I am getting IM's from people inworld telling me that they cannot login to their account here. Nor are PW reset options working for them. One gal has been waiting since Friday and no PW reset yet. Anyone know what I can tell them?

They can't get their roo ID information to file tickets...

lost one of my meeroo came home to pet and hold them and i discovered one had vanished completely.... hes not in my inventory :(

In the official user guide the following text describes holding one's meeroo.

HOLDING MEEROOS™: When a Meeroo™ wishes to be held, it will approach you, hold up its arms, and you may see little hearts float toward you. Make sure you watch your local chat to see it ask for a snuggle! To a Meeroo™, you are its Parent, and it will never ask anyone else but you to hold it.

To hold your Meeroo™:
Left Click on the Meeroo™ asking
Navigate to your Status Tab
Click the Attach Button
Accept the Request to animate your Avatar on the dropdown menu by selecting “Yes”

This may not matter to anyone but me but if there is one thing I like is accuracy.

There is a question that comes up in the hud from the oracle that I have not had in a while so I am not sure of exact wording, the question is "In Summer the Earth is closer to the sun True or False?" well while the answer which I will not give here so as not to upset anyone, is correct for the NORTHERN hemisphere it is not correct for the SOUTHERN hemisphere, so the question needs to be changed to

'In the northern hemisphere the Earth is closer to the sun in summer, True or False?"
