Normally you read only claims about support here, but I have to really say thank you to the support team for their quick and helpful reaction.
I lost 2 of my Meeroos, cause all over sudden the menue button for drop down was invisible and I could only detach them.
After some investigation, I could not find them on the sim, I opened a ticket and within 20 minutes I had reply inworld over IM and the "helping angel" visited me on the sim and restarted my 2 meeroos.
We have Sunday and that is what I call an excellent and helpful customer service :-)
