I just been spammed terribly by my hud, that the db was down.. and then lost 2 meeroos. Wrote down the nrs..logged a ticket. So far so good. (well..good..maybe a but too much database erros..but ok.. as last days I got messages all the time "cant connect to db":)

But. While writing the ticket, I was wondering. What if I am not here? I am leaving town thursday, for 4 days. I pass IMs to email. Yet. I am not sure if these messages are being passed to mail PLUS sl isnt allways as accurate.
and then there is the capped messages thing, for those who dont even pass their IMs to mail.

We have to log tickets in case a meeroo dissapears.
But, I think this is not adequate, seeing how ofte they dissapear. I think the process should be reversed; its not us who have to check (and try to keep up) with meeroos dissapearing; I think its Malavey who has to run queeries, see which ran off (they can do that, I know that for sure) and return them to us. Only that way we can know for 100% we get all the meeroos back that been gone while that was not our fault!
