Yes, it may be good to know that rolling restarts are being done.

BUT, it if you want to issue warnings about it be sure to indicate whether it's the RC (Release *CANDIDATE* .. testing version) or SC (Server Channel .. stable version) which is rolling. There are a lot more RC rolls than SC rolls and a lot more sims running SC than RC. So a general warning without saying which can cause too many people to worry unnecessarily.

Todays roll is RC. If you click on Help/About you can see if your sim is RC or SC. BlueSteel, Magnum and LeTigre are the RC testing versions being rolled today. SC servers are not effected.
