You dropped out of college, and that was a "Good Job"!

You took the better part of a week responding to several tickets from my wife. And when you did, it was to tell her that she'd forgotten to enter the ID # or tell you the SLURL where the nests are located. To that, I say, "Good Job!"

Want a HINT on how to do a better job? On the right hand of your screen is this tall, narrow thing with an up-arrow at the top and a down-arrow at the bottom is what we call a "scroll bar".

Watch carefully.

Press the UP arrow at the top of that scroll bar. WOW!!! Everything on your screen moved DOWN a bit (I know, it's upside down, but you'll get used to it).

Now, keep pressing that little up arrow until it stops moving. Look at that!!! The missing ID # is there after all. And so is the test message she entered. Read it closely (yes, you can move your lips, we can't see that over the Internet) and you'll find the SLURL mentioned.

So, by now, I'm sure you can tell I'm in a GREAT MOOD this morning. We wake up to a CSR who is ducking work and we're not allowed to make negative comments. So ..
