So theres this big fuss about ppl buying mega bucks worth of chests, some getting things, some not.. the breeders who are trying to get the traits by breeding are getting annoyed with the ones finding things in the chests...I have a great solution for this...For those who can afford it...and are only buying chests in hopes of winnin something then they get pissy cause they dont.. STOP BUYING THEM and take a chance on breeding them out.. yes yes, i know i know it is hard to get nice traits.. ive got about 50 lives myself now.. i know how it is... my sierra,red,SUE,ST lines are strong, thats about it.. but sooner or later i know ill get that koi or whatever other one i want. I was in beta testing came across a friend who had a capri clear eyed teacup. When Meeroos when public, i was desperate to get one. I finally found someone who would trade one to me and that was awesomes... but guess what? i had a couple of capri dusty teacup couples breeding before i got that.. they teased me with capri clear toys and smalls..Now, i have several capri clear teacups because they finally threw me some..Its all a mater of chosing your selections,paitence and a lil luck.
I have bought a handfull of chests myself, mostly cause i do wonder if they would give me any... and i have gotten a lil lucky with a curled tail and a fluff chest.. but still... i know even the starter "normal" roos could be hiding something nice. my ursine and fawn roo couple keep giving me SUE,ST and a roo with both those traits.
If your not happy with geting nothing in chests, stop buying them and go to the secondary markets where you can visually pick out an x amount of roos and breed them.
If im annoyed with all the complaining, and i know alot of others are, im sure Malevay studios is to.. They could take the roos away if enough complaints are given and I for one would be rather pissed at my fellow second life players because of it. Because while there are a handfull of you who do nothing but complain, there are an even bigger handfull who are pretty happy with what they have. We are all starting to sound like a bunch of greedy people. This is a game, enjoy it. They are pixels...Unless your trying to earn lots of L's to exchange for USD, then quit complaining.. There are some things im not 1005 thrilled about with it, but im not constantly charging through the forums with my unhappiness.
>.< Gah, now ive started rambling, but the point is.. if your unhappy with it, stop what your doing and try it another way. No one is forcing you to buy chests just to play the "lottery."
