What is M.S. aversion to giving its customers the proper tools to use their product? I just discovered that the $1K honey dipper I purchased used incorrectly and now I'm out that linden and a mee-pet unless CSR comes and fixes which they hasn't so far. How was I supposed to know this specific detail if it was not provided to me in the prompts shown in local chat even?
Anyways, I think its completely unfair to release a new product (honeY dipper) and not give at least a NC to instruct how to do it, but this is a trend from this company and I will no longer be purchasing anything besides food until instructions are put in their products. Absolutely crazy, $1K is not cheap
