So, right before the craziness started, I lost two meeroos and one of my golden stumps that we got from the pre-orders. I was told when my meeroos got replaced that Meeroos Resident would replace my golden stump for me.
Well, Meeroos Resident sent the ticket back to the CSR's and the CSR's "resolved" my ticket by telling me they can't do anything about things that are "eaten," that I need to file a ticket with Linden Lab. REALLY? WTF???
I have never been mad or angry with MS, but I am now! I can't go out and buy a new golden stump, they were only available with pre-orders.
