It is 4am and there are NO Dryads for sale.

This is wrong.

In the posts it said "They will be available through September 20th and then gone forever." (http://www.worldofmeeroos.com/index.php?q=node/4388)

It should have said "UNTIL the 20th" if they meant it was to NOT be on sale on the 20th.

By saying "through" they implied they would still be available into the 20th.

I wonder how much money they lost because of their eagerness to remove the Dryads before the promised time?

I know they lost the $10,000L that I intended to use on them. How much did they loose because of you?

Personally, if they are going to say "They will be available through September 20th..." then they should be available THROUGH the 20th. To go THROUGH something means to enter into and go further into and then all the way through. Now, you can say it only means to enter, but even then I highly doubt they did that since it's only been the 20th for 4 hours.

I have a suggestion to the powers that be: Next time, if you mean that it will end BEFORE the 20th, say that. I wouldn't be surprised if you lost hundreds of thousands of Lindens because of the miss-wording of the announcement. Say "up until the 20th" so that people don't think as I did. I figured I didn't have to worry about a trip to the hosptial on the because I could always get them when I got back on the 20th, since it said it would be available THROUGH the 20th, not through the 19th.

My reasoning besides the word "through"? For one, the nights end at 9pm, therefore it can easily be assumed that they would be available through the 20th until 9pm. The end of the Meeroo day. But pulling them at .. what? 9pm on the 19th kills them a day early for those planning to purchase some right before the end.

I would really love to know who else planned on buying some but where cheated out of the last day and how much they lost because you couldn't. Maybe then they won't pull things early if they see just how much they lost.

Oh! And one last thing. Unlike what was said in group chat, it doesn't matter if you are from Japan, or France, or like me, San Fransisco, California, it was still pulled BEFORE the 20th. As we all know they go by SL time.

Now.... where to spend this $10,000L I was going to spend on Dryads.... hmmmm Maybe I could use that new outfit... Or, if they put them back on the market for the rest of the day, as promised in the blog entry, then........ Yeah, I'll wait a few hours and see if they put them back. But if they don't.... their loss. Too bad. I'll have to spend my Lindens somewhere else. It's just so sad.

And yes, I did get a few before, and yes, I can get some on the market place. But I wanted to get them from the main store, not someone else. I didn't want someone else's chance, I wanted my own chance at the lottery.
