Well after reading a bit about the genetics here i´m not sure if i´m doing right...

I remember reading somewhere that to have a real pure meeroo (trait or coat) it should be at list generation 16. So i started breeeding my 3 favorite traits with the hope to combine them somehow, consious that willl be a long rode.. I got my button and start breeding them again and again... Now most of my buttons have til greatgrandparents also buttons, and so with the other 2 traits. I keep on breeding them thinking the more generations I get the stronger the gen will get and the easier will be to move them to higher coats or combine then with eachother. am I going in the right direction? or just waisting my time?

At the same time i´m experimenting in combining them and up to now i manege to get button fluff and chest and button very short tail... But i have doubt about what i´m doing with trying to make the gen stronger
